again you fail to address my arguement, but well follow what you want to bicker over. first, when did i ever say soccer was easy? second, just because it is not recognized is irrelevant to the fact that football combines different facets of athleticism like no other sport. have u even noticed ive been saying this? and your third point is a contradiction to the first, if america doesnt play soccer, how is it embarrassed at the world championship? please respond with AN ACTUAL ARGUEMENT

1) if soccer is such an easy game, so why does the american national team always embarrassed them self in any international competition, like the world championship?
2) why are only americans interrested in watching nlf games. AND THE REST OF THE WHOLE WORLD DOESNT GIVE A DAMM.???
3) why does the whole world play soccer except the usa?? you know why?? its called brainwashing!! OR MERCHANDISING

not being a fan, obviously not as many as u. but i have watched occasional games on espn and the spanish channel (no racism intended). football players condition by running miles and miles as well. the warm up run for the dallas cowboys training camp is twenty miles. so boh run a lot. but do soccer players hit the weights twice a day? comnination of athleticism. AND 6- 12? COULD U BE LESS PRECISE? if ud said 8-9 id agree, but that numbers outrageous.
September 29th, 2009 at 08:16
again with the names, havent we been over this? all u need to be a soccer player is a ball to play with. do u see the shallow and unfounded emotional arguement you are making? ill give u the big fuck part, but we got FAST big fucks. wide receivers are quick and they can truck people if they need to. again, combination of athleticism. and again, how is strength necessary in soccer? its not a contact sport in terms of characteristics. the goal is not in any way to impede another player directly.

DUDE, I WAS A QUATERBACK IN SANTA BARBARA COLLEGE, and Goalkeeper in Europe. PLEASE TELL ME HOW MANY SOCCERGAMES DID YOU WATCH?? just kick the ball is a crap comment. KICK WHERE?? do you even know how many miles does a soccerplayer runs???? around 6-12 miles IN 90 MIN.!!!! WITHOUT TAKING A BREAK

its easier to get into a football team, because all you need is to take steroids and become as big as a wrestler AND THATS IT. you are in the team because u are A BIG FUCK. In soccer we also have big guys like Jaap Stam or gravensen, but they are not only strong, they can and have to be able to do much more

first of all, football players posses all of these attributes, even a couple of them i think are negative. second of all, how do soccer players require bravery and strength? and flair? thats one i wish football didnt have, its bad sportsmanship and takes away from the game. the one thing that does differ is pace, soccer is an averaged pace for longer times, football is all u got between the whistles. u obviously know nothing about football if u think only soccer players have these qualities.

MENTAL ATTRIBUTES: aggression, anticipation, bravery, composure, concentration, creativity, decisions, determination, flair, influence on teammates, movement without the ball, positioning, teamwork and work rate
Physical attributes: acceleration, agility, balance, jumping, natural fitness, pace, stamina and strengh

FOCUS ON WHAT IM SAYING!! when did i bring up the technical abilities of a football team? u cant compare the skills of soccer players specific to their sport. no shit a pro soccer player could cross peyton manning. im not saying footballs better because brett favre can throw a football further than any soccer player. Its the raw athleticism that football requires, the combination of agility, strength, and speed and the ability for a team to combine those elements smoothly. talk about teamwork
September 29th, 2009 at 08:16
soccer is only about the team.
defenders have to get the ball and then push the counterattack
midfielder need to defend and create offensive moves
attackers need the put the ball into the net.
requirements of a soccer player must be: Technical requirements: kicking corners, free kicks and penalty’s. Crossing, dribbling, finishing, first touch, heading, long shots, long throws, marking, passing, tackling technique

will someone actually pay attention to the video? please, this is annoying. not one person has tried to refute any of my actual points. ur just trying to make an emotional case and honestly u guys sound like bitchy high school girls. get off the rag and make a valid point. and like i told al2006essandro, dont call names, its childish.

your a fat loudmouth. if only 4 people out of 80 touch the ball with their feet. why can you call it football. you cannot draw blood in a nfl drug test. the williams sisters in minnesota failed a drug test, yet they are still playing. bruce smith failed a drug test and still got into the hall of fame. barry bonds never failed any. he won’t get in. michael vick, plexico burress, steve mcnair, corey sanders, reggie white, etc . your sport has a problem.
September 29th, 2009 at 08:16
wow dude, then soccer players ONLY need to be able to kick a ball. any soccer player that stepped up to be a running back would be cut in half first time he got hit. its the ability to get up and get hit again and again that sets football players apart.
September 29th, 2009 at 08:16
In american football, recivers only need speed and the ability 2 catch the ball
the big guys in the middle just need to be BIG AND STRONG, nothing else
quarterbacks only needs 2 pass the ball quick enough and precise.
THATS IT
i know you play football yourself because u look like it, but put any american football player in a soccer game, and you will see that after 5 min. he will be tired already and probably got his legs broken by then
any fast soccerplayer could easily be a running back

OK you stupid meathead!! HOW DA HELL CAN U TALK SUCH TRASH???
your explanation is the dumbest thing i heard in my life.
IN SOCCER, THERE ARE NO TIMEOUTS
IN SOCCER YOU HAVE 2 DEFEND AND ATACK JUST LIKE IN BASKETBALL (which i consider the only american sport that can compete with soccer)
in soccer u can substitute only 3 men.
in soccer you dont have protection like in the american football
first watch european champions league game or english chamionship
2) watch on youtube the fouls of soccer
